If you lose this information Company will do its best to assist you.

5. Subscriptions may not be shared, assigned or transferred. In case of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of Site. You authorize these charges, and agree not to report fraud deceptively! Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through Site may be made by automatic credit card, debit card or check and you hereby authorize Company and its agents to transact such payments on your behalf.

6. Material owned by Company displayed at or otherwise available through Site are proprietary, and, except for initial downloading, may not be copied or redistributed, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Company.
